My childhood home was on the right side of the photo -- 4500 Broadway. As a young child, I was always waiting for the trolley that never came, as the line was abandoned in 1947 and converted to the M100 bus line. The Pontiac on the right looks like a 1942 model and the license plate could have been 1945 or 1947. .
